3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on fb011. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. fb011 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fb011 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on fb011 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fb011 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. fb011 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud checks or regulatory compliance reviews.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. fb011 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. fb011 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
5.3 fb011 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, fb011's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

9.2 fb011's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb011 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 The fb011 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fb011 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.4 fb011 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
